Looking for an outing that's not too long, not too complicated, starting from Magog? This course is ideal if you have about 1 hour to spend on the bike in the Eastern Townships. The climb to Orford is still not to be overlooked with its ~200m of positive altitude difference, but the return is all downhill.

We suggest starting your ride near the Plage des Cantons in Magog where there are several parking lots (for a fee) nearby. While downtown Magog is quite busy in the summer, this place is a fairly central point and easily accessible regardless of the season and tourism.

• Bowen Cafe/Snack Bar : One of our favorite places in the region. About 20km in, the café will be a few meters away from you before turning right on Chemin du Parc in Orford.
